SWIFT MIGHTY MEATY A LA KING CUPS 

Procedure:
          In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt half of butter then fry Swift Mighty Meaty Hotdogs. Remove from pan then set aside.

          In the same pan, add remaining butter then sauté onion, mixed vegetables and red bell pepper. Stir in flour and cook until bubbly. Pour milk and chicken broth. Cook with occasional stirring until sauce has thickened. Stir in cream then season with salt and pepper according to taste. Remove from heat then spoon into pastry shells. Serve immediately.


Ingredients:    

1-235 grams                            Swift Mighty Meaty Hotdog Regular, cut into pieces
¼ cup                                         butter, divided
¼ cup                                         chopped onion
1 cup                                           frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
2 tablespoons                             chopped red bell pepper
2 tablespoons                             flour
1 cup                                           fresh milk
1 cup                                           chicken broth
½ cup                                         all-purpose cream
                                                    Salt and pepper according to taste
                                                    6 large a la king pastry shells     

Makes 6 servings.  


SWIFT MIGHTY MEATY CORN DOGS

Ingredients:  

1-500                              grams Swift Might Meaty Hotdog Regular
1-250                              grams hotcake mix
1 cup                                cornstarch
½ cup                              water
1                                       egg
2 tablespoons                 cooking oil
                                         Cooking oil for deep-frying
                                          Ketchup and mustard on the side   

Procedure:   

            Pat dry Swift Mighty Meaty Hotdogs with paper towel. Set aside.   

           In a bowl, combine hotcake mix, cornstarch, water, egg and 2 tablespoons cooking oil. Mix well until smooth. With bamboo skewers or wooden popsicle sticks, dip hotdogs into batter coating it well. Immediately fry in hot oil until golden in color. Remove from oil and serve with ketchup and mustard on the side.   


SWIFT MIGHTY MEATY FETTUCCINE ALFREDO 

 

Ingredients: 

1-235 grams                        Swift Mighty Meaty Hotdog Regular, sliced diagonally
¼ kilo                                      fettuccine noodles
½ cup                                      butter
½ cup                                       chopped onion
1 ½ cups                                  all-purpose cream
½ cup grated                          Parmesan cheese
½ cup grated                          cheddar cheese
¼ teaspoon                             salt, or according to taste
¼ teaspoon                            white pepper
¼ teaspoon                            ground nutmeg
2 tablespoons                         chopped flat-leaf parsley 

Procedure: 

            Cook fettuccine noodles according to package directions. Set aside. 

            In a large pan, heat butter then sauté onions and Swift Mighty Meaty Hotdogs. Add cream, Parmesan and cheddar cheese. Cook until cheeses have blended well in the sauce. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg according to taste. Add cooked fettuccine and parsley, tossing well until heated through. Remove from heat and serve with garlic bread on the side. 

Makes 5 to 6 servings.


SWIFT MIGHTY MEATY HOTDOG AND BEANS

Ingredients: 

1-235 grams                          Swift Mighty Meaty Hotdog Regular, cut into pieces
1 tablespoon                             cooking oil
1 medium                                  onion, sliced into rings
3-175 grams                             canned pork and beans 

Procedure: 

             Heat cooking oil in a pan. Add onions and quickly stir-fry until aromatic. Remove oil and set aside. In the same pan add Swift Mighty Meaty Hotdogs and stir fry until heated through. Add pork and beans and cook further until boiling. Remove from heat and top with fried onions. Serve hot. 

Makes 5 to 6 servings. 


SWIFT MIGHTY MEATY HOTDOG SKEWERS


 

Ingredients:

1-500 grams                      Swift Mighty Meaty Hotdog Cocktail
                                               Cooking oil for frying
                                               Marshmallows, grapes, pineapple chunks, cut melons 

Procedure: 

         Fry Swift Mighty Meaty Hotdogs in hot oil. Skewer alternately with marshmallows and fruits using bamboo skewers.
