Angel Evaporada Flies High on New Campaign Launch

On Easter Sunday, April 4, 2010, as most families got back home from their out-of-town trips and were glued to the television, Angel Evaporada’s new TV commercial hit the airwaves. The 30-second commercial was just what everyone needed on that hot summer day: a deliciously different way to cool down. It features Bea Alonzo, Angel’s new endorser; teaching two kids how to make Angel’s very own dessert creation, “Angel Snow Halo”.

To share the Angel Snow Halo goodness with the CPG employees, product sampling was held in 7th floor Centerpoint Building.

The new TV commercial for Angel Evaporada is fully supported with print ads, billboards, radio spots, press releases, merchandising and website ( A segment buy was also aired in the top-rating children’s show in ABS CBN, Going Bulilit, which featured child actress Mika De la Cruz and Angel’s very own “Eskimo” kids Queenie and Andrei.

Last April 8, at the Felix Restaurant in Makati City, Angel Canned Milk formally presented before the media its newest “angel”, one of the country’s premiere actresses and certified cooking enthusiast Bea Alonzo. Taking over another challenging new role as the ambassador for Angel Canned Milk, Bea feels fortunate to have been given the opportunity to represent a brand that encourages her to creatively express herself and explore especially when it comes to cooking which she happens to be most passionate about. In this fresh phase of her life, Bea aims to go back to the kitchen and reconnect to her inner cook with no less than Angel Canned Milk.

Bea’s interest in cooking began during her childhood. As a young girl, she would always watch her grandmother prepare various delectable dishes for family gatherings. This inspired her to learn the basics of cooking despite her busy schedules growing up. In fact, Bea watches a lot of cooking shows and even checks recipes online. She’s even a big fan of renowned names in the cooking world such as Rachel Ray and Giada De Laurentiis whom she describes as the ultimate creative chefs. With these sources of culinary tips, the popular leading lady who admittedly loves cooking pasta among any other dishes gets inspired to put her personal touch to the recipes she makes. This initiative indeed is just what’s expected from someone like Bea who has continually tried to evolve and improve herself not just in cooking but also in other aspects of her life.
