Shopper Insights and Data Analytics Manager

Job Description:

  • Lead category sales strategy development, budgeting, and integrated business planning (IBP) for Sardines.
  • Manage trade marketing programs, pricing strategies, and promotional activities across GT and MT channels.
  • Monitor category performance, ROI of trade activities, and Gross-to-Net (GTN) targets.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Demand Planning for accurate forecasting and profitability analysis.
  • Oversee execution of NPD launches, distribution expansion, and category visibility initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • At least 5–7 years of FMCG experience in Category, Trade Marketing, or Financial Planning.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, budget management, and financial modeling.
  • Proficient in data tools and platforms (e.g., Nielsen, Power BI, SAP).
  • Strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
