Food Solutions Chef

Job Description:

  • 1. Develop and test new menu concepts and product applications aligned with customer and market needs
  • Support sales teams in culinary presentations, tastings, and ideation sessions with clients
  • Ensure recipe accuracy, product quality, and consistency from test kitchen to large-scale production
  • Create and standardize kitchen SOPs to improve operational efficiency and cost control
  • Represent CPFS in culinary events, trade shows, and customer meetings to strengthen brand presence

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Culinary Arts or related field; additional certifications in Food Safety or Nutrition is an advantage
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in culinary product development or foodservice operations
  • Strong background in B2B food solutions, technical selling, and customer engagement
  • Skilled in food costing, production planning, and process optimization
  • Knowledgeable in HACCP, food safety, and allergen management standards
