Job Description:
- 1. Develop and test new menu concepts and product applications aligned with customer and market needs
- Support sales teams in culinary presentations, tastings, and ideation sessions with clients
- Ensure recipe accuracy, product quality, and consistency from test kitchen to large-scale production
- Create and standardize kitchen SOPs to improve operational efficiency and cost control
- Represent CPFS in culinary events, trade shows, and customer meetings to strengthen brand presence
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Culinary Arts or related field; additional certifications in Food Safety or Nutrition is an advantage
- At least 3–5 years of experience in culinary product development or foodservice operations
- Strong background in B2B food solutions, technical selling, and customer engagement
- Skilled in food costing, production planning, and process optimization
- Knowledgeable in HACCP, food safety, and allergen management standards
