Job Description:
- Accurately weigh, batch, and stage raw materials according to production schedules and product specifications
- Ensure all weighed materials are free from contaminants and properly labeled for traceability
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the batching area, tools, and equipment in compliance with GMP
- Inspect weighing scales and machines before use, reporting any irregularities or malfunctions immediately
- Record daily raw material balances and support inventory accuracy through proper documentation and reporting
Qualifications:
- At least a high school graduate; vocational or technical course in Food Technology, Manufacturing, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in food production, batching, or weighing operations
- Knowledgeable in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and basic food safety standards
- Physically fit and able to handle repetitive tasks with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work flexible or extended hours when needed
