Trade Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

  • Conduct trade audits and analyze market trends to support trade strategy development.
  • Implement and monitor trade marketing programs, including VDS (Volume Discount Schemes) and MSF (Marketing Support Funds).
  • Coordinate trade activations, roadshows, and distributor business reviews to drive engagement and alignment.
  • Support sales teams with push strategies for slow-moving or near-expiry products to optimize inventory.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and reports to ensure accurate tracking of trade initiatives.

     

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or brand management (FMCG experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of trade analytics or CRM tools is an advantage.
