Job Description:
- Develop and implement category and trade marketing plans aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Analyze shopper, sales, and market data to identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable insights.
- Lead activation and promotional planning across trade channels, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with sales targets.
- Manage and monitor trade marketing budgets to ensure effective use of funds and ROI.
- Coordinate with Field Sales, Brand, and Agencies for timely rollout of campaigns, product launches, and category programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 4–6 years of FMCG sales or trade marketing experience, preferably in both Modern Trade and General Trade.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficient in data analysis, market research tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrates initiative, collaboration, and business acumen with high attention to detail and accountability.
