Job Description:
- Lead category sales strategy development, budgeting, and integrated business planning (IBP) for Sardines.
- Manage trade marketing programs, pricing strategies, and promotional activities across GT and MT channels.
- Monitor category performance, ROI of trade activities, and Gross-to-Net (GTN) targets.
- Collaborate with Finance and Demand Planning for accurate forecasting and profitability analysis.
- Oversee execution of NPD launches, distribution expansion, and category visibility initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- At least 5–7 years of FMCG experience in Category, Trade Marketing, or Financial Planning.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, budget management, and financial modeling.
- Proficient in data tools and platforms (e.g., Nielsen, Power BI, SAP).
- Strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
