Job Description:
- Drive regional teams to achieve sales, profit, and distribution goals across assigned modern trade accounts.
- Formulate and execute regional strategies aligned with national objectives to drive sustainable growth.
- Manage, mentor, and coach District Business Development Managers to enhance sales capability and performance.
- Oversee trade investments, collections, and account servicing to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
- Conduct regular business reviews, assess key metrics, and recommend data-driven actions for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in sales, including at least 3 years in Modern Trade or Key Account Management, with proven leadership experience.
- Strong capability in business planning, data analysis, and sales forecasting.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with CRM or business analytics tools is an advantage.
