Payroll Analyst

Job Description:

  • Collect and validate timekeeping data from various business units for payroll processing.
  • Ensure timely submission of accurate data aligned with payroll deadlines.
  • Review and analyze timekeeping data to identify errors or inconsistencies.
  • Coordinate with business units to resolve timekeeping discrepancies.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • 1–2 years experience in timekeeping or payroll operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical capability.
  • Proficient in basic Excel; advanced Excel skills are an advantage.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and payroll regulations is preferred.
