Job Description:
- Collect and validate timekeeping data from various business units for payroll processing.
- Ensure timely submission of accurate data aligned with payroll deadlines.
- Review and analyze timekeeping data to identify errors or inconsistencies.
- Coordinate with business units to resolve timekeeping discrepancies.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- 1–2 years experience in timekeeping or payroll operations.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical capability.
- Proficient in basic Excel; advanced Excel skills are an advantage.
- Knowledge of labor laws and payroll regulations is preferred.
