Job Description:
- Assist in preparing raw materials and conducting product formulation or sample trials based on R&D protocols.
- Support sensory tests, shelf-life evaluations, and documentation of trial results.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lab equipment, utensils, and workstations according to GMP and food safety standards.
- Monitor and track inventory of raw materials, packaging, and lab supplies.
- Coordinate with R&D Specialists or Technologists for administrative tasks such as sample labeling, test set-up, and filing reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Nutrition, or a related science course; fresh graduates welcome.
- Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and laboratory safety protocols.
- Hands-on, organized, and detail-oriented with a willingness to learn lab procedures.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work collaboratively with the R&D team.
- Comfortable performing repetitive lab tasks and maintaining cleanliness in a laboratory setting.
