Job Description:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for CPG employees regarding mobile services, handling requests, inquiries, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist employees with new account requests, service activations, and account-related concerns, including handset or network issues.
- Monitor and maintain records of mobile line and handset assignments, transfers of ownership, temporary disconnections, reconnections, and line renewals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Motor Vehicle OR/CR records.
- Ensure timely registration and renewal of motor vehicles with the LTO, including securing insurance (CTPL and Comprehensive) and executing transfers of ownership and custody.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year college course or undergraduate with relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities to address concerns effectively.
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and empathetic when handling challenging or irate requestors.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
