Century Pacific Food, Inc. (PSE:CNPF)’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Gregory H. Banzon was honored by Stargate PeopleAsia in their “Men Who Matter” 2026 campaign. Banzon has been instrumental in growing CNPF’s key branded segments in Marine, Meat, and Dairy, as well as scaling the reach of its food service and global branded channels and the global rollout of its plant-based business.
“The parallels between endurance sports and business are uncanny,” Banzon says. “Both reward the same things: preparation, pacing and maybe willingness to suffer. When the excitement of the start wears off, it’s the willingness to go through the difficulty of the middle that really matters.”
